Terms of Service

1. Who you are contracting with
AI Chat Exporter is operated by Xeviora. By installing the extension or creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. What the service is
A browser extension that converts conversations you already have access to into files, and a web application that manages your plan, quotas and shared links.
3. Your content
You keep every right you have in the conversations you export. You grant us only the narrow permission needed to run the features you invoke: to process content in memory while rendering a PDF, and to store and serve content you explicitly publish to a share link.
4. Acceptable use
- Export only conversations you are entitled to access.
- Do not use the service to publish unlawful content through share links.
- Do not attempt to circumvent quotas, forge render tickets, or automate the render service outside the extension.
- Do not resell access to your account.
We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, and will explain why when we do.
5. Third-party services
AI Chat Exporter is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, DeepSeek or Perplexity. Their trademarks are used only to identify the sites the extension supports. Your use of those services remains governed by their own terms, and we cannot guarantee that a change on their side will not temporarily break an adapter.
6. Plans, quotas and billing
Paid plans are billed through Paddle, which is the merchant of record and issues your invoice. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time from the billing page and keep access until the end of the paid period.
Daily quotas reset at 00:00 UTC. Unused quota does not carry over. A Lifetime licence grants the stated entitlements for as long as the service operates; it is not a promise that the service will operate forever, and if we discontinue it we will give at least 90 days notice and a pro-rated refund path.
7. Refunds
Tell us within 14 days of a charge and we refund it in full, no questions asked.
8. Availability
The service is provided as is. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we recommend keeping local copies of anything important — which is, after all, what this product is for.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on this page with a new date, and by email if you have an account. Continuing to use the service after the change means you accept it.
