The short version

The AI Chat Exporter browser extension reads the conversation on the page you are viewing and turns it into a file. For every format except PDF, that work happens entirely inside your browser and no conversation content is transmitted to us. PDF is rendered on our server, held in memory for the duration of the render, and never stored.AI Chat Exporter has no AI features: nothing you export is sent to an AI provider by us.

Who is responsible

AI Chat Exporter is a product of Xeviora, a brand operated by LIU HU, a sole proprietor, who is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. Contact: support@xeviora.com

What the extension accesses

• Conversation content on supported sites. Read when you click Export or open the selection panel. Used only to produce the file you asked for.
• Local storage in your browser. Your export settings and, if you enable the archive, the exports you chose to keep. This never leaves your device and is removed when you uninstall the extension.
• Your AI Chat Exporter session cookie. Sent only to https://aichatexport.xeviora.com to read your plan and remaining quota.

The extension does not read pages outside the supported assistant domains, does not inject anything into other sites, and does not track your browsing.

Server-rendered PDF

When you export a PDF, the extension builds sanitised HTML from the turns you selected and posts it directly to https://aichatexport-api.xeviora.com together with a signed ticket valid for two minutes. That ticket contains a job identifier, your plan name, a theme name and a size limit — not your email, not your conversation.

The render service holds the HTML in process memory, produces the PDF, streams it to you, and discards both. It writes no files and has no database. We keep a row recording that a render happened, its size in bytes and whether it succeeded, so that quotas work — never its content.

Shared links

If you publish a conversation to a share link, that content is stored on our servers, because that is the point of the feature. Shares are private by default and marked noindex unless you opt in to indexing. You can set a password and an expiry date, and you can delete a share at any time from your dashboard, which removes the stored content.

Account data

If you create an account we store your email address, your name if you provide one, a password hash or the identifier from the social provider you used, session records, your plan, and daily counters for the quotas you consume. That is the whole list.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com (“Paddle”). Paddle collects and processes your payment and billing information (such as name, email, billing address, country and payment details) as an independent data controller in order to process your order, calculate taxes, prevent fraud and meet its legal obligations. We never receive or store your full card details. See Paddle’s Privacy Notice.

Checkout for all Xeviora products opens on xeviora.com, our shared checkout page, which receives your account identifier, email address and the plan you chose so that Paddle can pre-fill your order and link it to your account. We receive limited order information from Paddle (such as your email, country, plan and transaction status) and store the subscription identifier, customer identifier, plan and renewal date needed to keep your access working.

Newsletter

If you submit your email address to our newsletter, we pass it to MailerLite, our email service provider, together with a tag identifying which page you subscribed from. We do not store newsletter subscriptions in our own database, and subscribing is entirely separate from having an account — an account never joins the list on its own.

Subscription uses double opt-in: nothing is sent until you click the confirmation link in the first email, and every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link. We use the list only for our own product updates and launch announcements; we never sell or rent it.

Website analytics

This website uses Google Analytics to count visits and to see which pages lead people to install the extension. It records page views, clicks on outbound links, sign-ups, checkout starts and page load speed — on this website only.

The extension itself sends no analytics. Which conversations you export, in which format, on which site, and everything in your local archive are never reported to us or to anyone else. The one exception is server-rendered PDF, which has to reach our server anyway for quota accounting; we record that a render happened, for which plan, and whether it succeeded — never its content.

If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, analytics cookies are disabled by default and Google receives only aggregated, cookieless signals from your visit.

Retention

Render job records are kept for 90 days for abuse handling and then deleted. Share content is kept until you delete it or it expires. Account data is kept while your account exists; deleting your account removes it along with your shares.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you access to your data, correct it, delete it, or export it in a portable format, and you can object to or ask us to restrict how we process it. Write to support@xeviora.com to exercise any of these rights; we answer within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

Children

AI Chat Exporter is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

Material changes to this policy are announced on this page with a new date, and by email if you have an account.
