1. Who we are
AI Chat Exporter (aichatexport.xeviora.com) is a product of Xeviora. Xeviora is a brand operated by LIU HU, a sole proprietor (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By creating an account, installing our browser extension, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use AI Chat Exporter.
2. The service
AI Chat Exporter is a browser extension that converts conversations you already have access to on supported AI assistant websites into files (such as PDF, DOCX, Markdown, JSON and HTML), together with a web application that manages your plan, your daily quotas and the share links you publish. AI Chat Exporter does not generate content with AI; it only exports conversations you already have.
We may improve, change or discontinue features over time. If we remove a core paid feature you are paying for, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel and request a refund under our Refund Policy.
3. Accounts
An account is not needed to export local formats; it is needed for one-click PDF, share links and paid plans. If you create one, you must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure and be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country). You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Payments, billing and our reseller
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Checkout for all Xeviora products is handled securely on xeviora.com. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Charges appear on your card or bank statement as “PADDLE.NET* XEVIORA” (or “PAYPAL *PADDLE.NET” for PayPal). For invoices, receipts, payment methods and refunds you can also visit https://paddle.net.
Prices are shown in USD. Taxes may apply depending on your location and are calculated at checkout.
5. Subscriptions and Lifetime
Paid plans (Pro at $4.99 per month or $39 per year) are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis and renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account’s billing page or via the link in your receipt email. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. We will notify you before any price change takes effect.
A Lifetime plan ($79) is a one-time payment that gives you access to the plan’s features for as long as AI Chat Exporter is offered. It does not renew. It is not a promise that the service will operate forever: if we ever discontinue AI Chat Exporter, we will give at least 90 days’ notice and a refund for the unused portion.
Plans include daily quotas (for example, one-click PDF renders), as listed on the pricing page. Daily quotas reset at 00:00 UTC. Unused quota does not carry over.
6. Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on every purchase. See our Refund Policy at https://aichatexport.xeviora.com/legal/refund. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use AI Chat Exporter to: break any law; infringe anyone’s intellectual property or privacy; access content or data you are not authorised to access; violate the terms of third-party websites or services; send spam or unsolicited messages; collect personal data about others without a lawful basis; interfere with or overload our systems; or resell or share the service without our permission. In particular:
- Export only conversations you are entitled to access.
- Do not attempt to circumvent quotas, forge render tickets, or automate the render service outside the extension.
- Do not resell access to your account.
Content you choose to publish publicly (for example share links) must comply with this section. You can report content to support@xeviora.com — every shared page has a “Report this page” link — and we may remove it. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, and will explain why when we do.
8. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you create or upload, including every right you have in the conversations you export. You grant us only the permissions needed to operate the service for you: to process content in memory while rendering a PDF, and to store and serve content you explicitly publish to a share link. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you use with AI Chat Exporter.
9. Intellectual property and third-party services
AI Chat Exporter, Xeviora and their software, design and branding belong to us. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks.
AI Chat Exporter is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, DeepSeek or Perplexity. Their names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the sites the extension supports. Your use of those services remains governed by their own terms, and we cannot guarantee that a change on their side will not temporarily break an adapter.
10. Disclaimers and liability
AI Chat Exporter is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we recommend keeping local copies of anything important — which is, after all, what this product is for.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or your statutory rights as a consumer.
11. Termination
You can stop using AI Chat Exporter and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. Cancellation of a paid plan is handled as described in section 5.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the product. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live.
